Cant publish new changes to existing site

I have a site up and running and I make a change then hit save page as, resave and then publish but it does not reflect the changes on the web?

I did this before on my home page and it worked fine but not on my subpage??

99% chance it your cache. When viewing your live page in your browser, hit F5 many times. Also check when publishing that the drop down in this pop up publishing box is set to publish all files.
