Iframes with linking pages

I'd like to use Iframes on my site, but unsure what button to use without using the code for it. Also I'd like to link my current pages I've made, but unsure on that as well...

Okay I've got all my link proporties done, and now it takes me to a 404 page not found instead of bringing up the page... ???
