    Web form issues...

I have some problems with my BlueVoda website www.tranquil.com.au

I have a web form on my contact us page and there is a bunch of text coming up at the top of the page like this when the site is viewed on the net...

    0) { $upload_DstName[$i] = $prefix . "_" . str_replace(" ", "_", $_FILES[$key]['name']); $upload_SrcName[$i] = $_FILES[$key]['name']; $upload_Size[$i] = ($_FILES[$key]['size']); $upload_Temp[$i] = ($_FILES[$key]['tmp_name']); $upload_Type[$i] = ($_FILES[$key]['type']); etc, etc

Also, when you click send on the web form, it comes up as an error. How do I get the form to go through to my email address? I have entered the details on the form, but there must be an error somewhere...

How do I make the background set so it always fills one screen only, keeping the same size and does not flow onto the next page?

    Any help appreciated!

Re-publish your page as php and not html

Any page with forms, you must publish with php.
