You have missed the hidden field "Formid" or you have not respected upper / lowercase characters in naming it.

      Hi George,

      The Form ID is present.

Where do I check whether the uppercase / lower case is respected?
      Kind Regards

Re: ABVFP - How to set up correctly

There is no error page, so I can't see the error message:

The requested URL /errorpage.php was not found on this server.

Re: ABVFP - How to set up correctly

Not sure why, but there are two whitelines in your form code before the closing ">" .
Maybe this results in ignoring the first field (which is the hidden field)

Try to add a second hidden field, with the same name and value.

If this fixes the issue, then you shoud only search to see why these whitelines have been added.

However, when i tested it, it asked for the "errorpage.php", not the internal "dbts_errorpage.php" so you must have, somehow, fixed the error, but it now encounters another error and searches the errorpage but can't find it.

                  What's your errorpage URL ?

                    Hi George,

I have republished changing the "encoding" to multipart/form-data.

this seems to have improved the result in that I get the email reply however it does come back with a page that says "This page cannot be found"

I guess this would then be the confirmation page?
                    Kind Regards

Re: ABVFP - How to set up correctly

This explains why you were receiving the error. Other encoding type than multipart / form data would results in the "Formid" value being null, thus the error.

If you recieve the mail, then you probably have mistaken the thankyou page URL. Check also the error page url.

                        Hi George,

Checked Cpanel - all data is now being stored as required - which is a big positive for me - thanks.

Its now to get the repsonse pages to reflect correctly.

Confirmation page, error page, or thank you page.

Would I make these changes in Cpanel itself?
                        Kind Regards

Create the thankyou and error pages. Publish them.
Type their URLs in the ABVFP control panel of ther specific form.

                              Hi George,

Thanks for the help - it seems to be working fine - I havent changed the rror page as yet but will try again at a later date.

                              Last question:

When the form gets populated a "Time Stamp" is generated. Is this number unique and can it be used as a password requirement for a member in a database?
