Having trouble finding my site...

When I type in my domain name I don't get my websire it goes to CGI files. and when I try to Google it, they cannot find it either, can you point me in the right direction. I have got my welcome letter and used all the right URLS listed. My domain is www.moultrietoday.com

Have you published your index page?
It must be "index" not "Index" or "moultrietoday page 1" (no quotes)
Looking at your images file I see many images with spaces in the name.
That can cause problems.
No Spaces in page names.....
