Image Templates (Copyright Infringement)

I recently received a letter from getty images (copyright infringement)reguarding one of the images I used on my website. I got the image off the BV template folder which was provided when I originally downloaded & signed up about three years ago. Any sugestions on were to go from here.

change the image (plenty of free stock image sites out there) or simply just ignore them...
