Access executable ( .exe)

Here's the problem: I have a page in BlueVoda (eg bioritm.bvp) and a small program located in D: \ Programs \ EasyBiorhythmCalculator. What must I do to my readers accessed the program executable (biorhythm.exe) to get interesting for this program. I hope I wrote understandable. Thank you in advance for your help!

I was not explicit enough. The program works like this: the reader click the button. At this point there is a table of fields that must be completed by the reader. A new click and appear biorhythm curves. This program is installed on the hard disk, in a folder D: \ Programs Useful \ Biorhythm. I want to appear, on the site page, a button that send the reader to the executable file (biorhythm.exe). So help me not download. I hope I was better understood. Thank you and please excuse me!
