regarding Date and their related function not support by 5.3.10 PHP Version

Here I got following Error : "Protocol https not supported or disabled in libcurl"

This same page are working perfect on PHP 5.3.5 version. but vodahost recently Update this PHP version 5.3.5 to 5.3.10 and I got error from that days.

So please give me view on this.
