BV closing down when trying to publish

Hi not sure if this is a local issue or BV
When I create or change a page built with BV then try to publish the BV program shuts down?

Only started happening yesterday and today?

Trace your steps, what has happened to your PC in the last few days, any new software? Updates? etc...???
