I had to get a new hard drive and upgraded to Windows 10. Since then I simply cannot download Blue Voda? It gets all the way to being done then hangs up and says "wait." It never finishes. Why and what can I do? I can't do anything with my website.

Hi, you should delete the current download you have, and then download BlueVoda again, if it still has issues, please open a support ticket so we may look into this further!
