Scaler for images

My domain name is heritage10whitetails.com. I want to use the "Scaler" on some images. Can you please tell me where to find "Scaler"? I have watched all of the video tutorials and have not found an answer there.

Is there a link to a complete set of instructions that I can bookmark or download for future reference?

Hi can you please explain what you mean by a scaler? Do you want the images to expand when you hover on them or click on them? Please let us know.
