How do i make another page

Hi im making my web site and know i dont know how to make another page i wrote pictures home downloads links forums and stuff like that but how do i make them another page. I neeed someone to help me please.

Hi,
you just click on a new page,
then you name it so it links up to your menu things like pics,downloads,
but you have to have to html code right or it wont work
