Publishing Error

I know this problem has been addressed LOTS of times and I have read every answer numerous times but I am still stumped. I have tried all day to publish two pages, one new and one revamped. I have been to tools and adjusted the timeout, regedit changed to 360, no new software, tried with firewall on and off. I am on high speed so dial up is not the issue. This happens about once a week and I usually just try to be patient and it seems to clear up and I can publish but if there is something else I should do I would love to know. Thanks in advance!

This does seem to happen sometimes. It's usually a matter of just waiting it out. It will work eventually. No fun, I know, when you're waiting to publish but, seemingly, just one of those things. Have you tried re-booting your pc and router? That sometimes clears it.

Thanks Amanda. I have tried that but it didn't help. I guess I'll just try again in the morn. Patience, give me some now!

It'll probably be fine by the morning, lol. That's what usually happens at my end.
