Text Message Subscriptions Services...

Hello,

I am trying to find out how to get a text message subscription service set up for my company and was not too sure where to go to get information for this sort of thing. Does anyone know of a company that does this sort of thing that would be best for a small non-profit business to use? I would greatly appreciate it your help with this.
